The rooms are virtually sound proof, as I've been here a year and have never heard my neighbors, and the furnishings are comfortable and properly serviced. This is a very conveniently located property right between AdMo and Columbia Heights, and it's at a very affordable rate. Parking is available and monitored with a camera, and there's laundry facilities on site that are never full. My favorite part is that Meridian Hill park is just a half a block away.”
